SR 41 Development Project
PRM developed a transportation program for residents and businesses south of Yosemite National Park. Strategies were developed to mitigate the impacts from future development along the corridor.

National City Concrete Production and Distribution Center
PRM assisted the multi-national building materials company with site location, planning, design and entitlement of the industrial facility. The project was delivered early and at half the cost of similar developments and was recognized with an Orchid Award from the San Diego Architectural Foundation.

The Gas Company
Advanced Meter Marketing Plan and Program
The Gas Company was phasing in new, "smart" utility meters in Riverside and Imperial Counties. PRM assisted with the rollout, developing and implementing marketing and outreach strategies to educate customers on the new meters. PRM’s activities resulted in a 97% program retention rate – the highest in the program.
