Meet Tanya

PRM's executive team is led by Steve Castaneda, CEO; and Tanya Mannes Castaneda, APR, Principal.

Steve has been called an "entitlement whisperer." He is an expert in land use, regulation and transportation infrastructure issues in California, from the coastal zone to inland agricultural areas. Steve's experience with coastal development is recognized by development leaders throughout the state. Harnessing his knowledge of land use and his ability to form coalitions, he shepherds projects through complex approval processes involving multiple regulatory and municipal agencies.

Tanya is an internationally renowned strategic communications expert who holds the Accreditation in Public Relations credential. Tanya has led award-winning programs encompassing community outreach, strategic communications and public education campaigns. With special expertise in media coverage of litigation, Tanya is a trusted adviser in crisis communications for clients whose reputations are under threat.
