Rollin Bush

An award-winning strategist, Rollin Bush is known for his ability to “move the needle” on public awareness, understanding and perception of sensitive or complex issues. As Communications Strategist at PRM, he brings unmatched experience and understanding to public relations, crisis communications and outreach programs.

Over more than a decade, Rollin has developed and executed integrated campaigns that blend digital communications with direct mail and earned media to inform, engage, and mobilize audiences across Southern California. He has guided successful campaigns for local governments, developers, community associations and neighborhood coalitions – including a very high-profile, three-year project involving four government agencies in San Diego County. His work has included a multi-year clean-air outreach project for a public agency in the Bay Area.

Rollin understands the importance of public meetings as a communications channel. He excels at developing strategy and materials for high-stakes public hearings. He also believes strongly in the power of person-to-person outreach to build public trust.

Earlier in his career, Rollin served as Communications Director for the San Diego Police Officers Association and as Policy Advisor to a San Diego City Councilmember, addressing land use, housing, and public safety issues.

Rollin earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the College of William & Mary.
